Prohibition of access to the work of art

A ban is simpler...
Putting a ban on the enjoyment of a work of art is a complex decision and must be approached carefully, respecting the fundamental principles of artistic freedom and freedom of expression.
An institution that is close to the world of art, that protects the landscape and artistic heritage, that promotes the concept of the common good , and that also manages a prestigious museum such as Suzzara, should have limited itself to promoting awareness and responsibility in visitors who, by boarding Sweet Home, undertake an activity considered dangerous.
Those who placed yet another prohibition did not take into account the expression in the Italian language 'at one's own risk'.
It is a formula used to indicate that whoever performs an action or undertakes an activity does so assuming full responsibility for any consequences or risks associated with it. In essence, it means that the person acts at his or her own risk, without others being held responsible for any damage or inconvenience.
This expression is used in contexts where special care or caution is required, and indicates that whoever decides to proceed is aware of the risks and possible negative consequences that could result from the action undertaken but lack of awareness makes it easier to prohibit or forbid.
