Creative Commons licences are contracts through which the copyright holder grants permission to use the work to an indefinite number of parties. The licensor, therefore, does not assign his rights but grants their enjoyment to third parties (licensees) under certain conditions. CC licences are based on the concept of 'some rights reserved', according to which, the owner decides which rights to reserve and which to grant for use.
The licensor, Umberto Cavenago, grants permission to the public to use the subject material under the
CC BY-NC-ND licence, which allows you to reproduce the work according to the instructions provided in the project boards, provided that no modifications are made, no commercial purposes are served and that authorship of the work is always attributed.
